Just sign in to your Madejersey account, go to the “My Account” menu, and click on “View Orders / Return Items.” Choose the item(s) you’d like to return, select your preferred label and carrier option, then repackage your order — and you’re all set to print your return label or show your QR code at drop-off.

Shopping for your favorites is easy! Simply add the items you want to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”. Log in or create a Madejersey account, enter your payment information, and finally click the “Place Order” button on the checkout page. That's it, wait a few more days and your purchased item will be in your hands!

We love that you’re excited about your order — so are we! Once your item ships, tracking details will be sent to the email linked to your Made Jersey account. You can also check your order status anytime by signing in, heading to the “My Account” menu, clicking “View Orders / Return Items,” and then hitting “Show More” next to the order you’re tracking.

You’ve sent your return—so, what’s next? Once your package arrives at our fulfillment center, it may take up to 30 days to inspect and process your refund. To check on the status, simply sign in to your Made Jersey account, go to the “My Account” menu, click “View Orders / Return Items,” and select “Show More” next to the relevant order.
