A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Keep the surprise.
Know the details.
Can I choose two basketball jerseys and one hockey jersey?
Yes. Use the quantity controls to choose any three jerseys across basketball, baseball, football and hockey. Repeating a sport is welcome.
Can every jersey have a different size?
Yes. Choose the size on each jersey’s card. A basketball M and a hockey XL can be part of the same box.
Do I choose the team, player or color?
You choose the sports and sizes. The exact designs, teams, players and colors remain a surprise. We avoid repeating the same design within a box.
Why does the total change with my mix?
The total reflects the sports you choose. Each sport’s price adjustment is shown beside its quantity control, and your complete box total updates before you add it to your bag.
Can I return a mystery box?
Mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the sport and size of all three jerseys before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support within 15 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue under our store policy.
